Link Solutions is seeking a Telephone Control Specialist to join our team in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. Must be a U.S. Citizen DoD Secret Clearance requiredNon-remote (relocation incentive available)The Telephone Control Specialist will support mission-critical personnel at the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Chemical Biological Center (DEVCOM). The Specialist will provide voice and data communications support for DEVCOM and its tenants, ensuring reliable connectivity across classified and unclassified networks. This position offers significant opportunities for career advancement and professional growth while supporting critical missions and operations.Job Responsibilities:Manages and troubleshoots services such as dial tone, DSN, ISDN, VoIP, Voicemail, Conference Bridging, and long-haul circuits. Supports Government Emergency Telecommunications Service (GETS) and other secure communication requirements. Continuously monitor systems, identify potential problems, and use diagnostic tools to analyze and resolve hardware and software issues. Maintain accurate records of system configurations, equipment inventory, network diagrams, and work performed. Provide technical assistance and training to end-users. Schedule and oversee the installation, configuration, and repair of telephone systems and related hardware. Enforce organizational policies related to telecommunications usage, including security standards and data protection.
