Sr. Contracts Administrator

Oversee the development, negotiation, and execution of all Abacus contractual agreements. Identify and assist in resolving any compliance issues. Complete representation and certifications for contracts.Issue and negotiate subcontracts under prime contract awards.Prepare contract modifications for subcontracts and task orders.Draft language for contract clauses and correspondence as necessary. Prepare consulting agreements and subsequent amendments.Support program and cost center managers as well as accounting and financial operations. Recommend improvements to procedures for corporate development, review and execution of contracts, subcontracts, independent contracting agreements, purchase orders, and teaming agreements.
