Duties:Executive Support:Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and meeting preparationManage daily priorities, proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts and time-sensitive requestsDraft, edit, and format correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the PresidentMaintain utmost confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive informationLeadership Team Coordination:Support the broader leadership team (VPs, Senior Leaders) with scheduling, meeting logistics, and document preparationCoordinate and manage recurring executive and operational meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up action itemsAct as point-of-contact between the President's office and key stakeholders, including customers, external partners, and internal teamsEvent & Meeting Planning:Organize and execute onsite and offsite meetings, town halls, and executive workshops (venue coordination, AV setup, materials, catering, etc.)Provide logistical and administrative support for internal events, such as team-building initiativesCommunication & Operations:Serve as a liaison to departments such as HR, Legal, Operations, Sales and Finance for executive-related mattersHelp manage internal communications on behalf of the President, including drafting emails, and talking pointsEnsure alignment of executive messaging with Smiths Detection’s values, Global Leadership Behaviors, and strategic objectives
