Due to the continued success and expansion of our Data Centre business in Germany, we are currently recruiting for experienced Technical Project Managers to join our Data Centre team in Frankfurt. With a market leading client base and the opportunity to take the lead on strategic commissions and high-profile projects, this is an exciting time to join the business unit and grow a career with Turner & Townsend.Responsibilities:Manage the entire project lifecycle, from design to construction to commissioning, ensuring that the project is completed within budget, on time, and to the required quality standards as the key client interfaceDevelop working relationships, problem solving and driving projects to successful completionCollaborate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities, to ensure that project requirements are met and any issues are resolvedManage the design process to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectationsReview project plans and specifications, scheduling, costs saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc.Ensure that all aspects of the project, including safety, quality, and environmental standards, are in compliance with industry regulations and standardsCo-ordinating vendor scope with overall project deliveryWorking closely with project teams to ensure effective and timely document processing and management of contract documentsPrepare regular reports for stakeholders, including progress updates, budget status, and risk management
