Facilities Mainteance Technician

"Growing Company (Commercial Work)

We are a growing facilities maintenance and construction company looking for a reliable maintenance

technician to join our team. Most of our work is in commercial properties (retail, offices, and similar). This position is primarily daytime work, with occasional after-hours emergency calls available for extra pay.

Type of Work:

- General facility repair (jack of all trades)

- Sheetrock repair & painting

- Light electrical (switches, outlets, lighting)

- Light plumbing (replacing and repairing fixtures)

What We Are Looking For:

- Hands-on experience in general maintenance or construction

- Dependable, professional, and able to work independently

- Basic hand tools and reliable transportation

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
