Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Trucking Dispatcher to join our team at Peak Supply Chain Solutions in Louisville, KY. The Trucking Dispatcher will play a critical role in coordinating and managing the flow of our coast-to-coast trucking operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

- Book and plan loads for drivers, optimizing routes and schedules.

- Communicate load details, routes, and schedules to drivers effectively.

- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.

- Address and resolve any issues that arise during transportation, such as delays or driver concerns.

- Collaborate with other team members to support the overall flow of operations.

- Perform additional tasks as needed to maintain smooth and efficient logistics operations.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in trucking dispatch, logistics, or a related field preferred.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency with dispatch software and basic computer skills.

- Knowledge of DOT regulations and trucking industry standards is a plus.

- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities to support operational needs.

Schedule:

- Monday-Friday, Full-time, with flexibility to accommodate operational needs.

Pay:

$1,000/week
