This is a rare opportunity to have a significant impact on our core business and shape the future of our technology stack.What You'll Do As a key member of our engineering team, you'll be instrumental in designing, developing, and testing critical systems that directly support our organizational goals. This role isn't just about writing code; it's about being a subject matter expert who can lead by example and influence the quality and direction of our entire platform. You'll:Design, Develop, and Test: Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), building robust and scalable backend systems to meet evolving business needs.Innovate and Influence: Work closely with the Lead Software Engineer to establish technical standards and best practices, ensuring we're always pushing for excellence.Ensure Quality: Uphold the integrity of our code through rigorous peer reviews, ensuring that every solution delivered to production is of the highest quality.Collaborate and Communicate: Accurately convey project information, keep our Agile project tracking tools up-to-date, and work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Solve Complex Problems: Triage and resolve Tier 3 production issues, demonstrating an ability to quickly diagnose problems and find elegant solutions.Lead Autonomously: This is a role for someone who needs minimal direction.
