Maintenace Technician FT

Immediate opening for FT Maintenance Technician with minimum 2 years’ experience who will be responsible for maintaining multifamily complex. The Maintenance Technician performs all the following, including tasks assigned by management:

minor or routine maintenance or repair

rehab turnovers

electrical and plumbing

HVAC systems

appliances

minor carpentry

painting

flooring

move heavy appliances/equipment

minor grounds and janitorial

snow removal

after hour on call – rotating

Required:

2 years’ experience as Maintenance Technician or similar skill set

EPA Universal Certification

Valid Driver’s License

Pass Drug and Criminal Background

Reliable Transportation

Scheduled hours are 8am to 5pm., M-F. Some overtime and after hour emergency reporting is required. Compensation based on experience.

Requirements
