Corporate Communications serves as a strategic partner to build and protect Wellmark’s reputation through one, unified voice through both internal and external communications. We do this by leveraging data and insights to strategically identify when, how and to whom we communicate based on business and reputation impacts to our mission of making health care better.What projects might I support? 

As a member of the Corporate Communications team, you will partner in the planning, writing and implementation of internal and external communications across a variety of channels including intranet, email, enewsletters, social media and others. Your work will help inform and engage Wellmark employees as well as external audiences of key initiatives. You will help measure the performance of the communications for continuous improvement.Key responsibilities include:· Collaborate and partner with various leaders and teams on how communications can help achieve their objective· Develop and publish or distribute communications including social media posts, media pitches, news releases and internal articles to create awareness and engagement across various channels· Research new ideas to improve communications· Monitor earned and social media channels (Cision, Talkwalker, Sprout Social, local and industry news sites) for news and information that mentions or impacts Wellmark and the health care industry.· Interview subject matter experts and build content from their insights  · Collaborate with the corporate communications team to create holistic communications plans.  · Analyze communications performance metrics and create insights-focused reportsReady to bring your strengths to Wellmark?
