Job Opening: Warehouse production Supervisors

Location: Plainfield, IN

Pay Rate: $20–$23/hour (Based on experience)

Schedule Options:

1. Supervisor – Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

2. Supervisor – Sunday to Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Job Summary:

Exact Staff is seeking motivated and reliable Supervisors to oversee our clients E-waste processing operations. As a supervisor, you will lead a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment focused on safe and responsible recycling of electronic materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate team members on the floor

Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations

Monitor workflow and maintain productivity targets

Train and mentor new employees

Communicate effectively with management and team members

Maintain accurate records and reporting

Qualifications:

Prior supervisory or team lead experience in a warehouse, recycling, or manufacturing setting preferred

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to work scheduled shift consistently

Comfortable working in a physically active environment
