We are the first-ever sports bar 100% dedicated to women s sports and yes, we said 100%. If it s not women s sports, it s not on. But this is bigger than screens and scoreboards: this is a space where community comes first, kids cheer loud, mocktails matter, and everyone feels seen.

We feature a scratch-made menu, an inclusive drink lineup spotlighting women-owned breweries, distilleries, and zero-proof options, and a whole lot of heart. And when we say we give back, we mean it 1% of all revenue goes directly to local nonprofits.

Role: General Manager (Full-Time | On-Site Indianapolis, IN)

We re looking for an General Manager who can lead with purpose, organize like a champ, and bring the energy every shift. This isn't just a job it s a chance to help shape a nationally celebrated brand in a brand-new city.

You'll manage the whole restaurant, day-to-day operations, support our team culture, and ensure every guest gets championship-level service. And here's the kicker

We're offering the right General Manager the opportunity to become the first to buy stock in Magic Peacock Impact, Inc. dba The Sports Bra Indianapolis. What You'll Do:

Co-own and open this new franchise from soup to nuts!

Lead shift operations with style, substance, and support

Manage FOH & BOH teams like a pro

Coach staff, set expectations, and build a culture of accountability and care

Handle inventory, vendor relations, and cost controls

Build smart schedules that work for people and the business

Step into customer interactions with grace and hospitality

Show up as a visible, values-driven leader in the restaurant and in the community

Required Qualifications:

5+ years managing restaurant or bar operations

Skilled in staffing, scheduling, and people leadership

Skilled in budgeting, acquiring, and managing vendor contracts

Professionalism, strong work ethic, self-starter, organized project manager

Solid understanding of health, safety, and food/beverage regulations

Experience with POS and restaurant management software

Comfortable leading in high-volume, event-driven environments

Passion for equity, inclusion, and community connection

Bonus Points If You:

Have helped open a new location or managed a launch

Know your way around a craft beverage program (boozy and booze-free)

Have a network in Indy's LGBTQ+, arts, or sports scenes

Have experience with nonprofit partnerships or event programming

Equity & Compensation Structure This leadership role includes an equity ownership requirement of 3-5% ($3-5k), ensuring you share in the success you help create.
