We are a fast-paced company, you may be pulled in a variety of different direction with tasks added or changed. Interact with production, engineering, Environmental Health and Safety, and other elements of the maintenance departmentFocused equipment expertReport measurable effectiveness of maintenance strategiesTroubleshoot electrical and mechanical issuesUtilize CMMS/MES systems to collect and analyze data improving:AvailabilityMean time between failureMean time to repairProvides input/priority into maintenance work planning and schedulingAudit maintenance tasks and proceduresProject managementWorking with contractorsAsset identification and prioritizationMaintenance task analysis/Risk assessmentCommunication between cross functional teamsSpare parts identification, min/max levelsTrain plant associates on CMMSOther duties as assigned  BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:  High School Graduate/HSE or equivalent manufacturing experienceExcellent written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skillsManage ambiguity while working through stressful situationsPositive attitude and a willingness to work with othersPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:   2-year technical degree or equivalent experience in reliability-based maintenance strategies a plus Previous Reliability Process facilitation experience a plusCertified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) status a plusExperience in a manufacturing environmentStrong Microsoft office suite skills (Word, Excel, & Power Point)Ability to work in a cross functional team environmentAbility to drive changeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPracticing knowledge of CMMS software
