The Junior Manager role runs all operations in tandem with Sr. Manager at the store level.
Junior Manager Position Overview
Broad Scope Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the store, front-of-the house, and back-of-the-house operations as well as local corporate and vendor relationship business.
Oversee and maintain the company’s SOP’s (standard operating procedures) and guidelines.
Professionally represent Pure Green to the greater community.
Effectively run the front of the operation by being involved and hands-on fully engaged in:
Training of all personnel
-All guest issues
-Quality control
-Hospitality – fully engaged in service
-Controlling flow and cycle of service
-Support and control BOH
-Purchasing and inventory of food and beverage
-Cleanliness/sanitation and good condition of the physical property
Operational Responsibilities:
Build, maintain and direct a strong management and line staff team.
Develop supportive leadership, effective coaching, and clear communication with the Team by holding:
Weekly meetings with Franchise Owner
Supervise Line Staff
Direct the team in effectively, maintaining and improving all service, food and beverage quality standards.
Create a positive working environment based in respect; motivate all employees and initiate teamwork.
Maintain impeccable relationships with vendors and also cross check pricing with new vendors to ensure we always get the best pricing on all products.
Supervise customer service and ensure company standards for hospitality are flawlessly executed.
Promote return business by being present on the floor during operational hours and exceed guest expectations 100% of the time.
Maintain complete knowledge of:
P.O.S. system and menu changes
All menu items, preparation method/time, ingredients, portion sizes, presentation and prices
Establish PAR levels for supplies and equipment and complete requisitions to replenish shortages for anticipated business. Ensure all areas are clean and organized.
Coordinate and implement with Franchise Owner strategic marketing and public relations programs.
Maintain profitable budgets for labor and cost of goods.
Position Start Date: August 18th, 2025
Pay Rate: $17 an hour. 35 hours/week guaranteed. Any additional hours worked will be at the Line Staff rate of $14 an hour.
Training: Must be available to travel to Florida the week of the 18th for a 4 day training with the Franchisor (Travel, Accommodation and Pay Provided)
Growth Opportunities: This position will eventually be moved to the Sr. Manager position. While we cannot offer benefits in the first year we can offer an end of year bonus for certain performance markers. Benefits will be negotiable in subsequent years. Looking for someone to grow with the store.
