Part-Time Gift Associate

This position is part-time and temporary. We anticipate the position being available at least through January 2026 with the possibility of extension. The pay for this position is $16.00-18.00/hr per hour depending on experience. We anticipate that this role will work 15-20 hours per week on-site during regular business hours on a regular, mutually agreeable schedule.The Indiana University Foundation (IUF) is seeking a Part-Time Temporary Gift Associate to provide critical short-term support to our Gift Services team. This role plays a key part in ensuring donor contributions are processed accurately and efficiently, maintaining the integrity of our systems and the trust of our donors.In this role, you'll focus primarily on data entry tasks related to gifts, pledges, and donor information. In addition to data entry, you'll also interpret supporting documentation, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure donor intent is correctly captured and fulfilled.
