NineStar Connect - Phone Operator / Receptionist (Temporary Position)

NineStar Connect is looking for a Temporary Phone Operator / Receptionist to be the first friendly voice and face our members, visitors, and vendors meet. This full-time position will last six months to provide coverage during an employee leave and is perfect for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced office environment.Answer and route incoming calls, respond to questions, and take messagesGreet visitors and provide excellent in-person serviceAccept payments, process returned equipment, and handle mail/deliveriesAssist with service orders, account updates, and projectsMaintain a professional, welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors
