Boone Power is looking for a friendly, reliable, and service-oriented Member Service Representative to join our Member Engagement team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our members—whether by phone, email, or in person—providing information, support, and solutions to their inquiries and concerns.The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, quick problem-solver, and passionate about delivering exceptional service. You will maintain accurate member records, assist with service orders, and ensure that every interaction reflects Boone Power’s commitment to outstanding member care.Essential Job FunctionsMember Engagement & Customer SupportInteracts with members via phone, email, online chat, or in person to address questions, provide information, and resolve concerns.Fields member complaints and routes more complex issues to appropriate specialists or internal departments.Maintains detailed records of member interactions, service orders, and complaints.Collects and enters new service requests and orders for additional services.Ensures timely and effective resolutions to all member issues and service needs.Account Maintenance & RecordsMaintains accurate member account information and service history.Updates system data and supports the integrity of member records.Follows up on outstanding member concerns to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.The successful candidate will report to the Director of Member Engagement.
