Charcuterie Packaging: M-F daytime, full benefits

This full-time position means working daytime hours off evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Duties include portioning, packaging, and labeling of the bacon, sausage, salame, and more that we make at Smoking Goose Charcuterie. Some heavy lifting and the ability to work in a refrigerated environment is required. Successful candidates must demonstrate attention to detail and an eye for consistency and quality. Experience is not required and training is provided.
