Biological Technical Lead

A Biological Technical Lead (BTL) supports the commercialization of biological products with channel partners. The role serves as a subject matter expert on the portfolio and provides exceptional technical training to internal and external parties.Territory: Indiana and IllinoisDuties:Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with crop priorities, determine optimal product rates/timing, and ensure all materials maintain agronomic validity and global brand consistency.Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for sales teams, customer agronomy groups, researchers, and internal stakeholders to support commercial objectives and territory development.Build and maintain a network of researchers and opinion leaders, develop sales-focused research programs, and support demo trials with technical expertise and protocol development.Maintain trial results database and create compelling product presentations and marketing materials that translate research data into actionable sales tools.Partner with District Managers, Area Managers, Product Marketing Leads, and other key stakeholders to execute the biologicals strategy across the organization.
