Opportunity at a GlanceAdtalem is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Director of Finance of the Elevate business unit. The Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in enabling Adtalem to continue to realize its growth ambitions and deliver on its mission at scale.The role includes financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, modeling, day-to-day reporting, to support decision making for senior management.The ideal candidate is a self-starter who wants to accelerate their professional development, values being part of a high-performing team, and has the agility to move between detail-oriented analysis and big-picture strategic thinking.
ResponsibilitiesPlay a critical role in preparing Elevate’s annual budget and monthly close and forecastsPrepare monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for key stakeholders (e.g. Adtalem board, Elevate leadership team, C-suite, etc.)Make recommendations to Elevate leadership informed by financial analysis and ongoing monitoring of business performanceProvide analytical support for ad hoc project including new business case analysis, capital investments, and operational efficiency reviewsCollaborate closely with broader Adtalem finance /accounting teamsProvides on-going support and training of accounting system to various users.Provides on-going maintenance of accounting system and financial reports.Performs other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standards
