We’re seeking a strategic and analytical Senior Compensation Analyst to support our Total Rewards strategy across a dynamic, global organization. In this role, you’ll partner closely with HR and business leaders to deliver data-driven insights, design impactful compensation programs, and champion our Total Compensation Philosophy.Location: Hybrid – Deerfield, IL (HQ),  3 days/week (typically Tuesday–Thursday)

Future Campus: In mid-2025, we’re moving to a new world-class campus featuring collaborative workspaces, onsite daycare, dining, fitness amenities, and more.This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives in complexity, enjoys solving nuanced challenges, and is passionate about creating equitable and competitive compensation solutions.What You’ll Do:Lead and support a variety of compensation initiatives—from program design and budgeting to implementation and analysis.Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to address compensation needs and deliver tailored solutions.Conduct job evaluations using market data and internal frameworks.Participate in global compensation surveys and custom studies, including survey design, data collection, and analysis.Analyze the effectiveness and competitiveness of existing programs and model future scenarios.Build compensation playbooks and document processes for scalability and consistency.Support annual planning cycles including salary budgets, merit reviews, incentive payouts, and long-term incentive programs.Ensure systems like Workday and MarketPay reflect current compensation policies and updates.Contribute to the development and operationalization of compensation policies and guidelines.Advocate for and align stakeholders around Fortune Brands’ global compensation strategy.What You Bring:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.6+ years of progressive experience in compensation or consulting, with deep knowledge of compensation principles and best practices.Strong project management skills and experience working with large, complex data sets.Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, modeling).Experience implementing or enhancing compensation systems and reporting tools.Familiarity with change management principles and tools.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Workday and MarketPay.Global compensation exposure.Client-facing consulting experience.Background in sales compensation and M&A integration.CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) designation (completed or in progress).
