Self certified Architect needed to modify kit greenhouse plans for city ofchicag

I need a self certified architect to modify greenhouse kit plans in order to get permits from city of Chicago. There is an Illinois certified structural engineer to work with at greenhouse kit company. The greenhouse is approximately 500 square feet.
