Residential Remodeling Architectural Designer

Darcy Bean Custom Construction Inc. is a detail oriented, custom construction residential General Contractor currently accepting resumes for the position of Architectural Designer. This position’s primary responsibilities include working with contractors and clients to develop design-build drawings, 3D models and renderings, presentations and construction documents and drawings. This is not a remote position.

​P​refer to have a minimum of (5) years experience.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

Field verification of existing conditions

Lead development of design contracts

3D model and rendering creation

Prepare construction documents/permit research and coordination

Building code research

Skillset & Knowledge Requirements

Previous experience in similar role

Experience with Chief Architect or similar modeling &​ rendering software

Cabinet &​ construction detail, a plus

Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, Photoshop & Illustrator, Adobe Creative Cloud

Basic knowledge of plumbing fixtures, kitchen & bath systems

Project organization and Design time management

Cultivate Client relations,

Excellent communication skills and ability to follow directions

Work independently to complete tasks based on deadlines and budgetary restrictions
