The PLT Plant 1 Curing Ice Cleaner Setup Tech III will:Working within a team or solo environment, the Ice blast machine operator will have the responsibility for the operation and maintenance of a robotic dry ice cleaning machine and the accountable for product safety and the quality of work, including, as a minimum, all elements defined in the Company’s Quality PolicyAble to follow instructions and operate the ice machinesGood communication ability/teamwork.Must be able to pay attention to small detailsGood hand-eye coordination for the operation of cleaning machines and parts.Look at every part after blasting to see if parts are clean if not need to be re-blasted.Able to detect defective parts.Able to operate Tire PressesMaintain a safe and clean workspace before and after shift.Follow established safety rules and regulations.Work with supervisor & Central with testing program updates.Continuous ICM trainingScheduled weekly PMMentor Ice Cleaner Setup Tech II Operators & Mold cleanersEnsure all ESH procedures, policies and legal requirements are implemented and monitored.NOTE: May not be inclusive of all work required and may be updated as needed.
