Full time position for experienced Maintenance person for 100+ unit apartment complex in Ottawa, IL
Candidate must be knowledgeable in basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry. Experience in multi-family a plus.
Experience with appliances and/or HVAC a plus, but not required.
The position involves handling all types of maintenance requests and all aspects of repairing/renovating apartments.
Pay includes paid vacation and personal days. Also includes additional annual bonus and partial paid healthcare.
