Hiring Property Preservation Contractors and General handyman

We are looking for experienced property preservation contractors and handyman in Spaulding IL and nearby areas

Work includes for PP Vendors :

Lawn care & debris removal

Lock changes & securing

Winterization

Trash outs

Minor repairs (roof, drywall, plumbing, etc.)

Photo documentation required for all jobs

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and insurance

Own tools, smartphone, and transportation

Experience with preservation work or handyman services

Ability to meet deadlines and follow instructions

Must have a lawn mower and all required equipment.

Work includes for Handyman/GC:

Responsibilities:

Perform all types of household repair jobs including carpentry, painting, drywall work, and minor plumbing &electrical,

Follow the order due dates, scheduled appointments with tenants, and agreed timing strictly

Prepare accurate scopes of work, including labor and materials

Submit estimates with properly justified photos for approval

Once an estimate is approved, document the work with clear “before,” “during,” and “after” photos to justify completion

Handle property maintenance tasks such as minor installations, replacements, and adjustments

Conduct inspections and identify maintenance needs

Operate hand tools and power tools safely

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

Proven handyman or maintenance experience

Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs

Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Must be dependable and punctual

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous property maintenance or contractor work experience

Own set of tools (preferred but not mandatory)
