Roofing Laborer / Entry-Level Technician

This is a W-2 employee position with year-round work, paid training, and long-term growth opportunities.

Job Summary:

Assist experienced roofers in installing and repairing residential and commercial roof systems. Work outdoors, learn a skilled trade, and be part of a company that treats every team member like family.

Requirements:

Must be comfortable working outdoors and at heights

Reliable transportation to and from job sites

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Preferred (not required):

Roofing or construction experience

OSHA or safety training
