In-Home Care Professionals Needed

208 Home Care is looking for passionate believers in helping others. We are a local home care agency that is growing and expanding, and we are in need of care professionals to provide the best quality of care to our clients in the area.

We believe that our caregivers are the heart of our company and it is our goal to provide the best training and tools for our employees to ensure their success. This job is for you if you truly enjoy providing companionship and care for elderly or disabled individuals. As direct care professional, you would be assisting clients with daily living activities and would be one of their primary sources of companionship.

Essential Job Functions:

-Employee must be able to assist the client with daily living tasks. This includes, but is not limited to: bathing, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, companionship, personal hygiene, transfers and transportation.

-Employee must be able to accurately document client progress and bring any paperwork into the office in a timely manner.

-Employee must maintain regular contact with the office in regards to client's condition, concerns and schedule changes.

Requirements:

Able to pass a background check through the Idaho Department of Health & Welfare

Able to pass a urine drug test (Prescribed medication is acceptable)

Must complete Direct Care Professional (DCP) Training or have equivalent training certificate (exempt w/ CNA/LPN/RN License)

Must have a valid form of government-issued Identification and proof of Employment Authorization to work in the United States.

Able to follow HIPAA guidelines, document accurately, and communicate effectively with your clients and with the office

Previous caregiving experience is preferred

We offer flexible schedules with hours available 7 days a week and on-site training when needed. You pick your own schedule, and can work as much or as little as you want.
