What You'll Do:

Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems, electronic components and instrumentation across the plant

Make sound decisions to keep operations running efficiently

Work in a well-maintained facility with modern automation

What You'll Get:

$47.35/hr base pay

$3,000 retention bonus (multiple installments in first year)

Union-supported role for job security and fair representation

Daily overtime after 10 hours

Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, vacation, retirement match

Every other Friday-Sunday off

Shift & Bonuses:

Day Shifts (A&B): $1,500 sign-on bonus

Night Shifts (C&D): Night shift differential + $1,500 sign-on bonus

Requirements:

Licensed Journeyman Electrician

3+ years related experience or training

Must be familiar with automated control systems and able to read, understand and maintain electrical drawings and manuals
