This position will be coordinating and balancing the needs of a diverse student population and faculty, and managing multiple science materials, media and inventory. This position needs the ability to adapt, direct and multi-task, and should demonstrate exemplary lab and organizational skills. Hourly rate of $19-$23 hourly based on expereinceAssist with maintaining information tracking sheets for academicsAssist with scanning of documents for academicsOperates a variety of office equipment, computer, printer, photocopies, facsimile, scanner and calculatorAssists in maintaining and updating existing academic filesAssist with updating program specific formsResponsible for auditing faculty & student files for academic programs and notifying appropriate individuals of missing or outdated documentationSchedule all clinical rotationsOther duties as assigned
