Ticketing / Reservations Agent at Kauai Plantation Railway

Our Railway Depot is looking for experienced individuals to handle reservations, ticketing, and retail sales. Full and part time positions are available. The Railway is located at Kilohana Plantation. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

Some of the tasks and duties are:

Making reservations for our signature train tours and Luau Kalamaku using an online reservations platform

Providing excellent customer service to guests over the phone and at our ticketing desk

Maintaining the cleanliness of the retail space and selling merchandise

Completing opening and closing reports

Job Requirements:

Able to work weekends

At least 1 year of customer service experience

At least one year of retail experience

Phone etiquette and friendly disposition

Basic Computer skills and familiarity with word programs

High school diploma or equivalent

Reliable transportation

Appropriate business-casual attire
