Hawaii Family Physicians seeking help for growing practice -

Compensation based on experience

Part time/ Full-time

In search of a highly motivated team player, for a busy 6 provider family practice office.

Computer skills required. Clinical experience and knowledge of EMR preferred.

Must have:

Ability to multi-task with efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to learn and perform multiple job duties.

Attention to detail and be highly organized.

A positive attitude, ability to follow directions, and critical thinking skills a must.

Ability to be a team player and work independently when needed.

Reliable

Effective Communicator

Front Office - Receptionist- Part Time - could become Full Time

Scheduling appointments

Answer Phones with professionalism

Great computer skills required

Verify insurances

Daily collection log

Willingness to be cross trained

MA Duties include but not limited to:

Direct patient care / rooming (includes taking vital signs)

Giving Immunizations and injections

Performing EKG's

Assisting providers with procedures

Referrals to specialists

Pre-visit planning

Phone triage and coordination of care with specialist offices

Qualifications:

Current certification as a Medical Assistant or in pursuit of certification

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a healthcare-related field is a plus

Position Hours: Monday- Friday, Full time; Daytime
