Hiring Caregiver & Community Outreach Specialist – $15–$20/hr + Bonus

About Us

Early Steps Care is a premium, play-based childcare program for toddlers (ages 0–6). We’re autism-friendly, sensory-aware, and focused on giving parents peace of mind while creating joyful early learning experiences. As we launch in Atlanta, we’re building a small, motivated team to provide care and help us connect with local families.

Role: Caregiver & Community Outreach Specialist

This is a dual role combining toddler caregiving and community outreach. You’ll spend part of your time working directly with toddlers in play-based sessions, and part of your time helping us spread the word through light marketing efforts.

What You’ll Do

Childcare Duties:

- Provide safe, play-based, autism-friendly care for toddlers (ages 0–3).

- Follow activity plans (reading, sensory play, structured games).

- Support developmental goals (social, emotional, and early learning).

Community Outreach Duties:

- Distribute flyers and represent Early Steps Care in family neighborhoods.

- Share information with parents, both in person and online.

- Help post on social media or local parent groups.

- Be an ambassador for our program — warm, professional, and approachable.

- $100 bonus for every family that signs up from your lead (paid after the family completes their first session).

Pay & Hours

$15–$20/hr depending on experience.

Part-time to start (8–15 hrs/week), with potential for more as we grow.

Flexible shifts (afternoons, some weekends).

Requirements

- Experience with toddlers (caregiving, babysitting, RBT, teacher aide, or related).

- Outgoing personality — comfortable talking to parents and neighbors.

- Reliable transportation for both care sessions and outreach.

- Professional, trustworthy, and passionate about child development.

- Current CPR certification, or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire.

- Must pass a background check before starting.
