Must be based within a 30 minute commuting distance of the designated market. We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized Market Manager to lead local field marketing program. This individual will serve as the operational anchor in their market, overseeing execution, managing a part-time ambassador team, and cultivating strategic local relationships. The Market Manager is responsible for ensuring quality field delivery, sharing actionable insights, and maintaining a consistent brand presence throughout the year.Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Team Leadership & TrainingCo-recruit, onboard, and manage a team of part-time Brand Ambassadors (team size flexes throughout the year)Lead day-to-day operations including scheduling, performance coaching, and in-field quality assuranceDrive ambassador readiness through ongoing training, support, and accountabilityField Execution & OversightOversee the execution of grassroots, community-based, and event-led activationsEnsure all field activities meet established quality standards and are delivered on time and on brandMonitor KPIs, capture performance data, and share insights with internal stakeholdersMarket Development & PartnershipsBuild and maintain strong relationships with local partners, organizations, and community stakeholdersIdentify local opportunities that enhance relevance, increase reach, and support broader program goalsConduct in-market audits, gather competitive intelligence, and provide localized strategic feedbackOperational ContinuityServe as the consistent lead in-market, ensuring smooth transitions between activation cyclesManage assets, inventories, and local logistics with efficiency and attention to detailSupport recruitment efforts, pre-planning efforts, and post-activation reporting as neededIn this role, you will be provided with a Company vehicle which is to be used exclusively and 
solely for work purposes. Accordingly, applicants will be required to possess (and maintain 
during employment) a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance, as well as will be 
required to submit to a background check of their driving record. If hired, the employee will be 
responsible for using the company car in a safe, lawful, and reasonable manner and comply
