We are always seeking to be the best at what we do and make our customers smile.The OpportunityAs an Executive Product Manager you will help us achieve our goals and deliver success on behalf of our customers by building products and solutions that deliver meaningful reduction in losses and operational efficiency gains resulting in delightful experiences for our customers. You will conduct Market Research - generating product requirements, understand and document specifications, develop and work within production timetables. You will also develop and execute pricing recommendations, as well as create and own time-integrated plans for product introduction, while developing Marketing Strategies in accordance with the overall Product Strategy.Responsibilities       We hire people with a willingness to adapt to a variable role, so along with the key responsibilities below, we ask for ownership of any other duties as required.Ownership of functional and non-functional Product requirements for Products and Solutions as assignedProvide guidance and recommendations on design approach of new features and integrationsFacilitate Product design workshops and meetings, responsible for documenting all inputs and outputsPerform go-to-market activities by closely working with other Product Managers, Marketing, Finance, Commercial and Legal.Work hands on with prospects and customers to determines market needs and requirementsRecommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by writing product specifications and requirements, appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.Provide feedback and recommendations with metrics to back your decisions and present findings to key stakeholders and management as requestedAssesses market competition by comparing to the Product/Solution assigned Obtains product market share by working with sales to develop product sales strategies.Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses, answering questions and requests.Develop and implement Product strategies consistent with client need and company vision.Partner with clients throughout the financial crime prevention journey to develop product/solution strategy as assigned.Partner with internal stakeholders to review assigned product strategy and ensure alignment.Ensure product requirements are designed with scalability and long-term vision in mind.Lead business and technical discussions with a high level of independence including requirements, customer experience and security.Represent the voice of the customer to internal stakeholders. A natural design thinker that can synthesize requirements into a common set of capabilities, writing very clear, thorough and detailed user stories for complex features and product sets.Liaise with other business units, Commercial, Marketing, Delivery and Engineering to ensure open communication and flawless execution.Provide status, action plan and recommendations to management on an ongoing basisProvide feedback and recommendations with metrics to back your decisions and present findings to key stakeholders and management as requested.Ownership of functional and non-functional Product requirements for Products and Solutions as assignedProvide guidance and recommendations on design approach of new features and integrationsFacilitate Product design workshops and meetings, inputs and outputsPerform go-to-market activities by closely working with other Product Managers and BAU teams.This is a hybrid position, with an expectation of working from the office three days per week.
