CNA/PCA Home Care Needed ( Stone Mountain, GA)

Truecare Home Care Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing personal support (ADL) for a female client. Client will need daily care, assistance with mobility ( Hoyer Lift), bed bath, changing pad, and providing the client's comfort and dignity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with ADL, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility assistance.

Provide mobility support with Hoyer lift (transfers, repositioning).

Assist with feeding and hydration.

Provide companionship and emotional support.

Ensure the environment is clean and safe.

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Partner with the client's family, and communication with the family and Truecare team is critical.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: MUST HAVE A CURRENT CNA LICENSE OR PCA

Hours: 14 to 21 hours /Week

Schedule:

Mondays: 10am - 5pm (7 Hours)

Tuesdays: 9am - 4pm (7 Hours)

Saturdays: Based on avalibility

Sundays: Based on avalibility

QUALIFICATIONS:

A minimum of one (1) year experience preferred

Must have a current valid CNA Certification or PCA

Current valid CPR/First Aide Certificate

Experience with Stoke and Dementia client is a plus

Hoyer Lift experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

Must have a valid copy of SSN

Must have a valid driver's license/state ID

Valid current TB Test Result
