Caregivers Needed in Various Personal Care Homes in Georgia

Job Title: Caregiver – Personal Care Home (Multiple Locations in Georgia)

We currently have assignments available in Marietta, Canton, Calhoun, Rossville, and Forsyth, GA (Monroe County)

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Live-in/PRN (Flexible Shifts Available)

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support

Provide assistance with meals, feeding, and hydration as needed

Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical, mental, or emotional conditions

Administer medications (if certified as a proxy caregiver or medication aide)

Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment

Offer companionship and engage residents in meaningful activities

Follow all state and facility policies, including safety and infection control procedures

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Previous caregiving, CNA, or personal care home experience (preferred, but not required – training provided)

Current CPR and First Aid certification (required)

Ability to pass background check and drug screening as required by Georgia state regulations

Compassionate, dependable, and patient with strong communication skills

Ability to lift, transfer, and provide mobility support to residents as needed

Proxy caregiver certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred
