I am looking for a licensed Realtor or transaction coordinator to help out with some real estate deals. Mostly paperwork. Could be great for a real estate agent who's not very busy, a newer agent, or someone just wanting to pick up some extra income. Again you must be licensed in the state of Florida. I prefer someone that's a member of CPAR.
Can be remote as long as you are somewhat close to PC or PCB and we can meet once or twice a month as needed. Will definetely meet in person in the beginning for quick interview.
Pretty flexible on pay. We can do a set fee for certain jobs(buy side/sell side), or a percentage of commission, or by the hour. Could possibly turn into more work like marketing, social media, etc Please tex me 4O2.968.l3OO
