We’re a growing electronics company specializing in barcode scanners, mobile computers, and printers. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Shipping & Inventory Associate who takes pride in getting things right the first time.
This is a hands-on, fast-moving role where accuracy and consistency matter. If you’re the kind of person who double-checks your work, notices small details others miss, and likes keeping things organized, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities
-Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time.
-Print and match shipping labels with pick lists.
-Clean and prepare electronic devices before shipping (scanners, printers, cradles).
-Perform basic functionality checks (power on, scanning, battery check) — no deep technical skills required, training provided.
-Maintain a clean and organized shipping station.
-Follow step-by-step procedures and checklists for quality control.
-Assist with organizing and managing inventory on shelves when shipping is complete.
-Support with light technical work such as testing and minor repairs (training provided) as time allows.
Requirements
-Reliable transportation (required — no exceptions)
-High attention to detail and strong follow-through
-Basic computer skills (printing labels, navigating shipping software)
-Consistent attendance and punctuality
-Ability to work at a steady, efficient pace without cutting corners
-Willingness to follow procedures exactly as trained
