Shipping & Device Prep Associate — Full Time (Electronics)

We’re a growing electronics company specializing in barcode scanners, mobile computers, and printers. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Shipping & Device Prep Associate who takes pride in getting things right the first time.

This is a hands-on, fast-moving role where accuracy and consistency matter. If you’re the kind of person who double-checks your work, notices small details others miss, and likes keeping things organized, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time

- Print and match shipping labels with pick lists

- Clean and prepare electronic devices before shipping (scanners, printers, cradles)

- Perform basic functionality checks (power on, scanning, battery check) — no deep technical skills required, training provided

- Maintain a clean and organized shipping station

- Follow step-by-step procedures and checklists for quality control

Requirements

- Reliable transportation (required — no exceptions)

- High attention to detail and strong follow-through

- Basic computer skills (printing labels, navigating shipping software)

- Consistent attendance and punctuality

- Ability to work at a steady, efficient pace without cutting corners

- Willingness to follow procedures exactly as trained

Monday–Friday

9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
