Retail & Facility Service Technician

We are seeking an experienced Retail and Facility Maintenance Technician to service high-end clients across Florida. Candidates must have proven skills in both retail and facility maintenance, strong attention to detail, and the ability to travel regularly.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including light electrical and light plumbing work.

Install, repair, and maintain fixtures and equipment such as doors, locks, shelving, and signage.

Respond promptly to service requests and complete work efficiently.

Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure systems and equipment operate at optimal levels.

Maintain clear, professional communication with clients.

Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (trade school certification in electrical or plumbing preferred).

Minimum 3 years of retail/facility maintenance experience.

Knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to travel frequently throughout Florida.

Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Flexible schedule, including occasional weekends and evenings.
