The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is a dynamic leader responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base within a defined market segment. This role combines strategic planning, team development, and hands-on sales execution to exceed performance targets and foster a high-performing, engaged sales culture. Key Responsibilities  Strategic Growth & Execution Collaborate with sales leadership to define and implement a market-specific demand generation strategy. Drive revenue growth by expanding existing accounts and identifying new opportunities within the assigned customer segment. Team Leadership & Development Coach, train, and mentor a team of 6–12 sales representatives on outbound techniques, product positioning, and opportunity identification. Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning to support individual growth and team success. Lead recruiting, onboarding, and succession planning efforts to build a scalable, future-ready team. Sales Operations & Enablement Leverage performance data to guide daily activity metrics and optimize team productivity. Utilize sales technology (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach) to scale outreach and enhance engagement. Provide real-time feedback through call shadowing and deal support, including presentations and negotiations. Culture & Collaboration Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement. Partner with HR and sales leadership to address performance and employee relations matters. Act as a brand ambassador, embodying company values and mission in all interactions.
