Power Washing Foreman & Technicians (Full-Time)

Green Earth is a trusted name in commercial power washing, offering year-round work with a focus on multi-story buildings, sidewalks, parking garages, and more.

We are hiring Power Washing Foremen and Technicians to join our growing team. This is a full-time position ideal for individuals who are reliable, energetic, and physically fit. Experience with commercial pressure washing and flatbed truck driving is a major plus.

Responsibilities:

Operate 4000 PSI pressure washers and similar equipment

Clean multi-story roofs, sidewalks, parking garages, and remove gum

Drive 16' flatbed trucks (preferred)

Climb ladders and work on rooftops (1-4 stories)

Work outdoors in Florida weather year-round

Lift 35-50 lbs and push/pull 35-75 lbs

Stand or walk for 8-10 hours per shift

Qualifications

Valid driver's license (required)

Own transportation (required)

Experience in commercial power washing (preferred)

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:30 AM- 4:30 PM

Occasional weekends: 8:00- 4:00 PM

Occasional Overnight: 10:00 pm- 6:00 AM (covered hotel stay)

Overtime: available after 40 hours

Compensation & Benefits

Starting pay: $18-20/hour (based on experience)

30 day performance review with potential raise

1 week paid vacation after 6 months

5 paid holidays after 6 months
