We’re seeking a passionate and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our high-performing team at a prestigious condominium property. The right candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a “can-do” attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Light repairs: lighting, painting, drywall, minor plumbing & basic electrical

Complete daily work orders & preventive maintenance

Ensure safety standards are followed and report hazards

Maintain professional, courteous demeanor at all times

Requirements:

Must pass background check and drug screening

Ability to lift 50 lbs, work outdoors, and climb ladders (up to 6 ft)
