$16 Per Hour Janitor for Condominium

Condominium in Boca Raton and another in Deerfield Beach is currently interviewing for janitor for common areas (not inside individual units). Position requires ability to lift approximately 70 pounds and push dumpsters that weigh approximately 500 pounds. Pressure cleaning, blower in parking lot, painting corridor floors and stairwells.

Both Condos are 20 hours per week for a total of 40 hours.

Schedule:

Boca Condo (Fed Hwy - Palmeto Park Road) M-F 7:00 - 11:00

Deerfield Condo (Fed Hwy - Sample Road) M-F 11:30 - 3:30

Total 8 hours per day - 40 hours per week

Must have a vehicle or motorcycle to travel between accounts.

Prior experience in a similar role for a condominium or outdoor work would be preferable.

Work Hours 7:00am - 3:30pm - Monday through Friday.

Pay is $16 per hour
