Part-Time Podcast & Social Media Manager

Location: Jensen Beach / Martin County, FL (Hybrid or Remote)

Hours: 5 hours/week (with potential for more)

We need a creative, organized, and tech-savvy individual to help further develop and manage our online presence—perfect for a high school senior or college student looking to gain real-world marketing experience.

Do You Like To:

Create and schedule posts across social media platforms

Develop and maintain new Podcast & YouTube accounts.

Design simple ads and promotional graphics (Canva or similar tools)

Update our Squarespace website with new photos and basic text

Track engagement (likes, comments, messages) and share weekly updates

Upload weekly audio content, and sometimes short video clips to website and social media, Podcast, and YouTube

What We’re Looking For:

Strong understanding of social media platforms, Podcasts, and basic design tools (Canva, etc.)

Comfortable editing website content on Squarespace

A good eye for visuals—especially photo layouts and clean formatting

Reliable, communicative, and can meet deadlines

Must have own computer

Contract work can also be considered to accomplish initial set-up tasks, etc.

Ideal For:

Local high school students (junior/senior) or college students studying marketing, communications, design, or media

Someone looking for a side hustle that has flexible, part-time hours with the opportunity to gain real business experience

A self-starter who enjoys creative work and is confident working independently and collaborating with others
