Busy, fast-paced personal injury law firm in Boca Raton is seeking an experienced pre-litigation paralegal to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position. We handle high-volume serious injury cases and need someone who knows how to move files efficiently and professionally.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of personal injury pre-litigation experience

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to handle a high caseload and meet deadlines

Familiarity with drafting demands, gathering records, and client interaction

Location: Boca Raton, FL

Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
