Paint Department / Machine Operator - FULL TIME

Come be a part of our well-established, air-conditioned manufacturing facility based in Odessa, Fl. We specialize in producing high-quality equipment for the medical field. We are seeking a motivated person to join our team as a powder coat operator.

This role does not require direct powder coating experience; we welcome transferable skills or similar experience! We will provide training. Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm

Job Responsibilities:

-Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted.

-Operate powder coat equipment efficiently to produce a high-quality finish.

-Mix and apply paint, ensuring consistency and quality control.

-Ensure paint guns, hoppers, and related equipment are cleaned and maintained.

-Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, ensuring a clean and safe workspace.

-Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

-Previous experience in powder coating, manufacturing painting/finishing is preferred.

-Familiarity with paint spray guns and application techniques.

-Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 55 pounds.

-Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.

-Must be able to pass pre-employment background screenings.

Compensation starts at $16.00/hr.

Pay merit-based increases and complete benefits package including Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, 401k, Major holidays paid, 3 weeks PTO, paid sick days, and more, all available after 3-month probationary period.
