Local law firm looking for a dedicated Office Manager / Administrative Assistant to help enhance operational efficiency, streamline office functions, and support attorney workflows through administrative tasks, client interactions, and organizational duties.

Key responsibilities encompass managing incoming telephone inquiries, corresponding via email with prospective clients, executing administrative duties such as coordinating operational and day-to-day activities, welcoming visitors to the office premises, and providing support to the attorney in overseeing the firm's daily operational activities.

The ideal candidate is adaptable, tech-savvy, and committed to excellence in a professional setting. Technical responsibilities encompass filing court documents, communicating with judicial assistants and third vendors, drafting and editing legal forms, and supporting case file organization and database maintenance.

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and relevant prior experience are considered advantageous qualifications. Having a notary license is also a plus.

Qualifications sought:

- 2+ years of office administration, ideally in law.

- Proficiency in Google Workspace or similar tools.

- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently

- Strong attention to detail and discretion.
