Qualifications & Skills:
Active Real Estate Sales Associate License
Experience with MLS and real estate documents
Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Photoshop, Canva, and social media platforms
Skilled in email marketing, filing, and designing marketing materials
Highly computer literate with strong organizational skills
Excellent customer service and attention to detail
Experience in property management a plus
Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
Must maintain a professional attitude at all times
Reliable transportation (must have a car)
Available to start immediately
Hands-on experience with marketing, sales, and property management
