Maintenance Supervisor

About the Role:

As Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to person for all things maintenance. You’ll manage a small team, oversee daily work orders, handle preventive maintenance schedules, and coordinate repairs with outside vendors. We need someone who’s proactive, organized, and can lead from the front—not just delegate from the back.

Responsibilities:

Supervise in-house maintenance techs and external vendors

Manage work orders, service requests, and urgent repairs

Conduct inspections and schedule preventative maintenance

Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes

Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies

Provide hands-on support for complex or time-sensitive repairs

Collaborate closely with the property manager and operations team
